Customized cosplay costumes and special-order items are non-refundable unless defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery with photos.

Refund Process:
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Return Shipping:
